Digital Privacy

This week’s article displayed the importance of protecting digital privacy. Others along with myself have been exposed for hackers to hack our digital privacy being unaware of leaving digital footprints behind. Hacking has increased and happens much more often than in the past due to the knowledge now known behind technology. Providing hackers a way to contain your personal information.

The information hackers are able to get to use against you along with apps to help such as spyware. Hackers are able to watch you through your camera devices. With all the jobs that require hours of computer work rather it be from home or even there job hackers being picking up on where you work also live. Being a college student spending hours in front of the computer can be something that makes you more cautious when dealing with technology. One little thing that can help prevent your devices from being hacked is not updating your software on your device. I am now more aware of hackers and what they are able to do also how little digital footprints left behind can lead to serious situations.
